We now have the opportunity for a Recruitment Administrator to join our Perth Head Office Recruitment Team.

This full-time permanent position offers a great working environment, career growth and. Our ideal candidate will be available for an immediate start and is passionate about joining a fast and growing company.

Duties and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Being the first point of contact for incoming communications, email and phone, to the Recruitment Department and ensuring all queries are actioned in a timely manner
  • Conducting Reference Checks
  • Booking Pre-Employment Medicals
  • Applying for National Police Checks
  • Provide guidance to the candidates through the recruitment process
  • General administration duties and providing assistance to the Recruitment Team

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

  • Certificate III in Business Administration including MS Office Suite
  • Previously demonstrated reliability, flexibility, adaptability and willingness to learn
  • The ability to communicate in a positive and professional manner
  • Great attention to detail
  • A proactive and reliable work ethic
  • The ability to complete tasks under pressure, while maintaining confidentiality requirements
