An opportunity now exists at our Port Hedland Workshop for a residential Receptionist / Administrator.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for various administrative functions supporting the operations of the Fabrication Workshop.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Undertaking day to day office administration support functions
  • Receiving, receipting and dispatch of stock and workorder items
  • Ordering, reconciling and receipting of fuel purchases
  • Timesheet entry
  • Accommodation control, flight bookings and airport collections
  • General maintenance and organisation of workshop and office

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • 2 + years’ experience as an Administrator for a Fabrication workshop
  • Self-motivated, highly organised and able to manage conflicting deadlines
  • Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using PRONTO financial system highly advantageous
  • A professional approach to client communications, verbal and written
