Due to an internal movement we now have the opportunity for an Accounts Payable Assistant to join our Finance team at our Perth CBD head office.

This position is offered on a full-time permanent basis and our ideal candidate thrives on working in a high volume and fast pace environment.

Responsibilities in this role include but not limited to:

  • High volume supplier invoices entry in Pronto
  • Processing payments
  • Vendor account maintenance and updating payment details when needed
  • Coordination with management team regarding timing and processing of payments – suppliers and other operational expenses
  • Coordination and direct handling of vendors and their queries
  • Daily management of the payments queries and status within the high-volume accounts email inbox.
  • Assisting the Accounts team whenever necessary
  • Collaborating on Month End tasks

Skills & Attributes:

  • PRONTO experience (essential)
  • 1-2 years’ experience within the industry or a similar role (essential)
  • Mfiles Experience (preferred)
  • Basic Excel skills
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Attention to detail
  • The ability to start immediately is highly advantageous
