We are seeking an experienced and motivated Electrical Project Coordinator to implement and coordinate green and brownfields projects across our key client sites.

Reporting to the Electrical Project Manager, this role is offered on a full time, permanent basis with your time split between our Perth head office and site as required.

Responsibilities of this role include:

  • Lead a team of trade and non-trades personnel to accomplish key deliverables
  • Ensure projects are completed in accordance with client, statutory, quality and safety requirements
  • Ensure all works are risk assessed prior to mobilisation and the appropriate controls, tools and resources are available, to safely and efficiently perform the works
  • Consolidation of project tracking against project schedule and budgets
  • Review completed site quality documentation and compile close out documentation to client
  • Identifying “smarter” ways to execute the works
  • Monitor procurement to ensure work crews have all plant, equipment and materials required to conduct works correctly, the first time
  • Build positive and professional relationships with clients, to ensure new and repeat business
  • Capture all variations and maximise claims in a professional manner, without adversely affecting the client relationship
  • Guide and mentor Supervisors in technical and construction practices to build overall productivity
  • General project management of minor projects and engineering design
  • Developing tender submissions for new projects
  • Estimating of minor projects


To be considered for this role you will have:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role with strong technical knowledge
  • Electrical Engineering qualification with relevant experience
  • Experience in a multidisciplinary environment
  • Experience in completing CMS (Contract Management System) documentation for on-site personnel and equipment
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Project and Excel essential
  • Strong knowledge of Pronto and Primavera is advantageous
  • A current Australian Drivers Licence
  • The ability to pass ongoing pre-employment Drug and Alcohol screening
  • A strong commitment to OH&S
  • Be a Perth resident
