Due to an exciting phase of growth, Linkforce is currently seeking highly organised, motivated, and experienced Safety Advisors, who are available for an immediate start.

These site-based field safety positions play an integral part of our HSEQ Department. They provide support and assist with the execution of Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality initiatives.

  • Undertaking Incident investigations
  • Monitoring and achieving KPI’s in compliance with the HSEQ Management System (inclusive of client requirements)

  • Mentoring and educating the workforce on HSEQ matters
  • Supporting site leadership team
  • Championing in field compliance to site and Linkforce specific HSEQ Requirements

What’s Required

  • Certificate IV in Workplace Health and Safety - essential
  • Previous experience on Major Projects on site within the resourcing sector is highly desirable
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessing is desirable but not essential to apply
  • The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills & time management
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritise work
  • A sound understanding of risk management
  • Competent in Microsoft programs and other computer-based systems i.e. SharePoint
  • A National Police Clearance
  • Australian Drivers Licence
  • Australian Work Rights
  • Be able to successfully complete ongoing Alcohol & Other Drugs Screens and a Pre-Employment Medical
