We now have the opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our Finance Department.

Based in our CBD Head Office this is a full time permanent position working Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities in this role include but not limited to

  • High volume supplier invoice entries using Pronto
  • Payment processing
  • Vendor account maintenance including updating payment details
  • Coordinating with management regarding timing and processing of payments
  • Coordination and direct handling of vendors and their queries
  • Daily management of the payments queries and status via phone and email
  • Assisting the Accounts team where and when necessary
  • Collaborating on Month end tasks

To be successful in this role you will have the following:

  • PRONTO experience
  • 1 years’ experience within the industry or a similar role
  • Mfiles Experience (preferred)
  • Basic Excel skills
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Attention to detail
  • The ability to start immediately is highly advantageous
