We have an opening for a Mechanical, Structural or Mining Engineering Graduate to join our 2020 Graduate Program starting mid January. Gain exposure to a range of disciplines and technology. Learn from experienced Engineers and Project Coordinators in areas of tender preparation, reporting, tracking, logistics, purchasing and execution for maintenance and infrastructure projects.

This role is offered on a full time, permanent basis and will be based between the Linkforce Corporate Office in the Perth CBD and various mining sites.

Responsibilities in this role include:

  • Assist the projects in QA/QC administration
  • Produce and amend detailed technical drawings, layouts and flow sheets
  • Scheduling, estimating, procurement and tender preparation
  • Liaising with Linkforce clients, subcontractors, suppliers and service providers for costing and project implementation
  • Site Project Engineering including logistics, reporting, compliance, subcontractor management, equipment control, supplies and project administration
  • Consolidation of project tracking against Pronto (Financial system) and Project schedule

To be considered for this role you will have:

  • Graduated or about to graduate with a relevant Mechanical, Structural or Electrical Engineering Degree
  • Intermediate MS Office and MS Projects
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Be highly motivated with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Availability to work full time and spend periods on site
  • Have the ability to pass ongoing Alcohol and Other Drugs screens
  • Be able to work in hot climates
