Due to continued growth we are now have the opportunity for part time IT Support Officer at our Perth CBD head office.

This position is offered on a part-time basis of 3 days per week, preferably Tuesdays, Fridays and one other day. It will provide internal IT support to the business and administrative support to the IT team.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Providing 1st level IT support for Perth and regional employees
  • Installation and configuration of Computers and Tablets
  • Asset management and account administration
  • Assist with rollouts of IT projects
  • Documenting and creating user guides for new processes

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • IT related industry or tertiary experience
  • Previous experience in a hands-on IT support function
  • Effective and efficient administration skills
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Working knowledge of the resources, infrastructure and mining industries would be advantageous
