We now have the opportunity for a highly organised, motivated Training Compliance Team Lead to join our Compliance Team.

Based in our Perth Head Office, this position is offered on a full time permanent basis where you will oversee the training compliance of white and blue collar employees across Linkforce.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Oversees coordination and compliance of training needs for white and blue collar employees
  • Liaise and negotiate with training providers in delivering cost effective training solutions
  • Participate in updating the back-end of the planning system (IPS): mapping for competencies, change to client requirements and provide input to improve system efficiency
  • Development and maintenance of policies and procedures
  • Ensure that team are aware of and are adhering to legislative and contractual compliance requirements
  • Partner with the leadership teams, planning teams and various internal and external shareholders
  • Participate in Tender bids and provide input as required
  • Act as main point of contact for escalation of issues

To be considered for this role you will have:

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE - Desirable)
  • Formal Lead and Internal Audit Qualifications (Desirable)
  • Demonstrated experience within the mining industry or knowledge and understanding of compliance processes and principles within the mining industry
  • Strong leadership skills in supervising and motivating a team, and the capacity to contribute to building a team focused on high quality output
  • Experience in developing internal and external networks in order to create positive relationships and seek collaborative solutions
  • Certificate IV Leadership and Management (Desirable)
