We are seeking a highly motivated Administrator to join our Linkbuild Construction Team.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role is offered on a full time, permanent basis located at the Linkbuild Construction Office on the Gold Coast. Hours of work is 8am - 5pm.

Responsibilities in this role include:

  • Document control/Drawing registers
  • Cost tracking
  • Procurement administration
  • Document formatting
  • Reception duties

To be considered for this role you will have:

  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role within the construction industry
  • Strong organisational and administration skills
  • High attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Compentent in MS Office
