Due to continued growth we now have the opportunity for a Receptionist/Administrator to join our Kalgoorlie branch.

This position is offered on a full time permanent basis, working Monday to Friday 8.00 am to 5.00 pm. It provides reception and administrative support to the Linkforce Kalgoorlie team.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • General Reception Duties
  • Booking and organising medicals, flights, travel and accommodation
  • Updating leave requests
  • Liaising with site and staff via phone, text message and email
  • General administrative duties including stationary orders, scanning and filing, data entry
  • Assisting with on boarding and training
  • Providing support to the Kalgoorlie Team

To be considered for this role you will have:

  • A valid Australian Drivers Licence
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Good communication skills
  • Basic computer skills including MS Office
  • Be organised with strong attention to detail
  • Be punctual, reliable and enjoy working as part of a team
