We are currently seeking a Human Resources/Employee Resources Manager for our Perth CBD Head Office.

This position will provide expert advice and support to Senior Leadership on employee relations matters, IR, recruitment and HR Policy and Procedures. This hands-on role oversees the HR and Recruitment Team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide leadership, support and direction to the Human Resources and Recruitment team with a focus on process improvement
  • Support and deliver consistent HR strategies that benefit the organisation and its stakeholders
  • Develop and implement HR procedures and policies
  • Participate and lead HR projects that will add value to the organisation
  • Partner with the business to ensure the strategic approach of the HR department is value adding and in line with business requirements.

  • HR generalist experience
  • Experience in leading teams
  • Resilient
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Strong exposure to ER
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
